A friend of mine was looking at E-type jags a couple of weeks ago and asked my opinion of a couple of ebay adverts. Again newly registered sellers with no feedback and ridiculously low prices. I don't know what the scam is although you mention you are waiting for it to be shipped to you - have you had to pay up front before you see it (as opposed to cash on collection?) I'm not sure how the Ebay classified adverts work - most seem to be dealers / traders, but this one (and the E-type one my mate looked at) seemed to be individuals. Again, does this indicate something is amiss?

TBH I do hope you went to look at it while the auction was on... there are so many scams now I hope you didn't pay the money upfront - This should be on your drive with the log book before you even think off paying 1p... Hi, I'm really glad that you are interested in my car.First of all I want to say that it has a clear and clean title with no accident records,it has never been abused or raced with all documents service history,V5,hpi clear,mot,road tax all in order.I am the first and the only owner of this beautiful car that has been spoiled like a baby.I always kept it in my garage,away from bad weather and it looks gorgeous.Unfortunately I am forced to let it go.You see, due to my job I had to move to Berlin,Germany(along with the car) and I just found a great house offer.The thing is that I have to make a deposit so I can be sure that I won't loose this great offer.On the other hand, I hope I will find someone who will treat this baby like I did.All you have to do is to pay a small amount of £6.000(buy it now price)with all the shipping costs included.I hope you are the buyer that I'm looking for,please let me know if you are still interested.
