rear bumper molding

Today I was replacing rear bumper molding with new one, old one was faded, so I bought OEM new one, and they are exact same size, but I cant fit it right. From both side it looks like it is shorter one-two incs. Please help me, how to install her right. I didnt put bumper back on..:(

Ok, topic solved!!

Obviously you need to heat a little bit trim and then install on bumper starting from middle :o

So if anyone had job to replace her, now you know :)
