Mini meet Leicester area Saturday March 3rd?

Anyone?

I'll be in a vauxhall corsa, but no reason why I should be unwelcome.

I'll be up in the Midlands on this weekend, so would be nice to meet up with some Briskodians.

I propose a swift half of ale at the Hope & Anchor at Syston, East of Leicester, say 8pm onwards? Maybe a meal too? Then maybe a little drive out - just bear in mind I'll be in an "economy" motor.

Hmm not sure if I can make it that far & that early, depends a bit on SWMBO. I need to trial the car though. Will let you know a bit closer to the time, perhaps drop me a PM with your mobile?

Hmmm, food for thought, but to be honest - I need to spend time with the relations on this stint, and I will only be in a poxy vauxhall corsa.

Don't be like that. I expect with the 100kg weight saving, your car will be as quick as mine is currently. Will be decent for a pd100 I'm sure.

I just want to compare it to how my old pd100 was with its 154bhp remap.

Im pleased with it but wished id have gone hybrid in the first place. That would have seen me with a reliable 200 ish with my botom end and all th eother engine mods.

It's only just East of Leicester - Kind of one of the outer most suburbs. Just off the A47 IIRC.

Certainly is.

I will say 7.30 though, just so I can at least grab some food. They do a really huge steak for about a tenner, with all the trimmings, and it's usually a decent cut of meat too.

Nope - will be the corsa again sadly.... It just means the whole thing is postponed by 7 days.
