| Favorit immobilizer Most frustratingly my immbolizer decided to fall apart (it has been quite loose since first buying it) when I put the key into it this morning, the ring that holds it in place dropped off in my hand and the immobilizer iteself (the part with the flashing red light) fell into its hole inside the dash...now I cant start the car. I was wandering if anyone has had something similar happen. I dont care for having an immobilizer so what I want to know is will it unplug from the loom or is it part of the loom because it was a factory addition to the model? If its going to be a hassle removing it Il probably just take the dash apart, find the immobilizer reciever and superglue it back in its hole.

| Re: Favorit immobilizer It's fairly straightforward to bypass the immobilizer as it's a bit of an afterthought. It's wired into the fuel pump circuit at the passengers side front kickpanel, and into the igntion switch circuit behind the dash.
