  1. I'm never going to get around to fitting this so I've put the unit I bought over a year ago on eBay if anyone would like to bid on it? eBay item number: 181629582905
  2. So it seems that it is just the led light in the instrument panel that's faulty? I'll live with that and leave it to the dealer to sort out next service. Many Thanks.
  3. Hi all, I noticed that the green indicator light in the dash was not illuminating when I had the dipped beam headlights on. (full beam/fogs/reversing indicators still work) I then noticed that the 'left lights on' warning chime/beep didn't sound when I turned off the ignition and opened the door. I assumed a simple fuse but can't find any 'blown'? Also no fault warnings displayed. All lights are still working so wasn't going to take it in to the dealer until next service. Any advice please?
  4. Don't buy this to update the remote Yeti key. It is too small, and shows the original badges border around it. No size indicated on the webpage. The original badge doesn't seem to be removeable either. P&P is excessive as only posted with a large letter 1st class stamp in a padded envelope. I will be returning the two I bought, for a refund.
  5. How kind! PM sent. Many Thanks.
  6. New bonnet and hub badges supplied by dealer. I had to go with a 'bigfoot' cover from Supaskoda for the rear until the new logo rear badge is available after the facelift is launched. Looking good. Have to order steering wheel and keyfob stickers from Pastyboy now and that completes the set.
  7. I discovered it's possible to remove the covers without prising off the glass. Just follow steps 1 & 2 of your pdf guide. There were no screws holding the plastic, only clips. Pop off - pop back on, with care. Thanks again.
  8. Caution noted Nigel, thanks. If it vibrated or buzzed, I could always take it off again? I've asked my dealership to look into this for me.
  9. Thanks for advice but maybe I don't want to reach my pockets? Yes, eBay has them but nothing specifically for the Yeti. Would a VW T4 one fit, doest thee know?
  10. I have my driver's seat quite high and (like all Yorkshiremen) I have short arms and deep pockets. Joking aside, I find I have to reach down a little to change gear (manual). Is it possible to extend the gear stick a few inches?
  11. Many Thanks Merlinman. That's just 'Magic'!
  12. I have ordered a pair of covers which are just 'primed'. Don't know wether to paint or wrap? Do I also need a special tool to remove? Any advice appreciated.
  13. No, nothing in writing but it was a gentleman's agreement and it will be honoured. On collection the dealer did re-iterate that they had had a memo to the effect that 'all builds after week 35 would have the new badges'. Nothing mentioned about facelift only? I'm a happy bunny.
  14. Quite right, well half right. Old badge but will change them all, no-charge! Great Dealer in Darlington. Couldn't do enough for me.
  15. I pick my new Yeti up tomorrow (only a month late!) so will see what logo it has. Having been told that it will be the 'new' one, if it isn't do I have the right to have Skoda change the whole set?
