  1. Hi,

do you have access to VCDS, if you do could you scan my car for faults in heater please?

    many thanks

    Craig

  2. I have a maxidot for sale if that's of any use?
  3. I'm not sure what that's meant to mean but I'm not a manager, on less than that, and am still enjoying my 3 month old 530e.
  4. The swirl flap is vacuum driven on the TSI. I have one RJG. I can send it your way if you like? Mine's used, about 60k old, and came off the car before I did the IM job so I cannot be sure that it's 100% working. But better than buying a new one?
  5. Probably blue for e, seems to be the trend. The 530e has a choice of about 10 colour options, but they're not super fancy. I'm hoping there's a way to code in more colours.
  6. It's clear that they are as upset with me as much as I am with them; they see me as problem customer. But I'm just going to move on and never deal with them again, which is probably a mutual feeling. We've spoken over on OCUK too I believe, but I'm under a different username there
  7. I had a feeling that might be the case, especially when my first 'payment' was only £266 instead of the quoted £384. So if NHS have quoted £384pm for two years (2x 384 = £9216) does that mean I may pay more overall?
  8. No good ones. Usually just the ones I take after I've washed and waxed it
  9. I'll need to double check with HR, but given that it's a salary sacrifice scheme, I'd assume that once I've maid my 24 monthly payments, all is done with?
  10. Makes perfect sense. I don't really understand how the BIK stuff works, but I don't think it's changing until 2020. I have to give mine back in Feb 2020 so I might luck out and be able to get another similar car before the rates go up. Assuming it works like that... My daily commute is ~13 miles so I just manage it on a full charge. I was using Max E drive, but I've managed a little better in Auto mode, as about 4 of those miles are on a dual carriageway. I have the same thoughts about EV too. Hoping that by 2020 fun EVs are cheaper and more accessible.
  11. I've just had the rudest email after having nothing but bother with them for now over a year. I've essentially been branded a liar, and have kept my STS device that THEY broke (which they have denied on paper). When they deem that the fault is not with their map, they keep your money and want nothing more to do with you, unless they can charge you more. I seriously recommend avoiding this company. I've kept my distaste out of the public light but not any longer.
  12. Not sure what issues you speak of? I have the 530e on NHS special offer - Sophisto grey, 14k a year, ~£380. Epic car. I'm saving about £80 a month on fuel compared to my Octavia TSI VRS, as I do most of my work commute on electric (about £12 (fuel and leccy) a week as opposed to £30) so mine theoretically costs £300 a month. That's just a little more than what the Skoda averaged me with Insurance and repairs etc. No brainer for me The 530e was recently on special offer again, but I it's no longer there :(
  13. Good luck getting your money back. I was refused it as they said it's not a map issue. There's more to it, but I'll keep it off the public forum to be fair.
