  1. Yes, mine does it first thing in the morning too
  2. A272 will be open tonight, roadworks have been suspended tonight due to forecast heavy rain later.
  3. Just a heads up A272 is closed from tonight for 5 night from 7pm between Winchester and West Meon.
  4. We couldn't go to Loomies on a Wednesday. They are only open late because they get several hundred bikers there every Wednesday through spring/summer/autumn.
  5. Loonies is basically burgers and all day breakfasts.
  6. This place do a conversion kit, you have to modify rear caliper bracket on a MK2 though, not sure how the https://shop.zedperformance.co.uk/vw-polo-fabia-rear-brake-conversion-kit
  7. Have a look at a VRS or Monte Carlo and you'll see how they fit over the top of the standard one.
  8. You can't remove a standard spoiler, it's part of the tailgate, these are bonded to it.
  9. Definitely gets in the way of the Handbrake, don't have issue with gears personally. I only use mine on longer journeys, motorways etc, leave it up and out of the way around town. £145 is actually a good price if it includes fitting. With many of the aftermarket ones you lose the rear cup holder, the one I've seen fitted you could see screws as well. The genuine one, whilst pricey looks and fits better IMO. They do come up secondhand on the forum and eBay from time to time and are relatively easy to fit yourself. (I have the instructions somewhere if you get stuck)
  10. I bought a second hand one from a breakers originally, but they'd warped it getting it off the old tailgate, so I ended up buying a new Genuine Skoda VRS one from http://www.superskoda.com/Skoda/FABIA-II/Fabia-II-07-11-original-OEM-RS-roof-spoiler-Skoda-Autoas Was £114 delivered, took five days to arrive. You can get the accessory one as in the picture on eBay from Sandifords in Loughborough , but will set you back £164 http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Skoda-Fabia-Rear-Boot-Spoiler-Fabia-2007-FAA710002-/321510594709?hash=item4adb865895:g:rZoAAOSwnDZUBvmL Either way you'll have to get it painted, the VRS one comes in a random colour (mine was red) the accessory one is in primer.
  11. Has anyone fitted the genuine accessory rear spoiler (part no. FAA710002) to their Fabia? If so, does anyone have a copy of the Fitting Instructions for it, that they could scan or photograph and send me?
  12. I had a petrol smell on my Fabia (same model as yours) it was the fuel filter, didn't look like it was leaking, but replaced it and problem was solved.
  13. Many thanks for the small token :-)Sent from my Wileyfox Swift using Tapatalk
  14. Sunglasses holder is dead easy to fit, underseat storage boxes are pretty handy as well if you don't have them.
