Have your lowered your VRS estate??
Danhod replied to Danhod's topic in Skoda Octavia Mk III (2013 - 2020)
Looks great. That's good to hear, so no scraping or bottoming out? What drop do you have and what size wheels? -

Contemplating lowering my VRS estate but wanted to know your experiences. I need to remember that this is my family car and at certain times it will be fully loaded with kids, camping gear, roof box and bike rack. Has anyone had theirs lowered? By how much? And have you had any problems when loaded up?? Pictures would be great! Discuss

Milltek duel outlet conversion
Danhod replied to Danhod's topic in Skoda Octavia Mk III (2013 - 2020)
Thanks for the link but I'm after any info on the Milltek offering. -
Has anyone had their TDI VRS converted to a duel exhaust. I'm looking at the Milltek option.
-
I leave it in VRS and flip between D and S.
-
My mistake! Yes only on the VRS.

Love em or hate em we all have them (unless you have disconnected yours) I personally like mine but I've noticed that periodically it stops working. I have been back under warranty and the sound actuator has been replaced but wasn't offered an explanation as to why it stopped working. Since the replacement it has been fine up until a few days ago when it stopped again. Has anyone else had this problem or have any knowledge on how to troubleshoot the issue?? Any help would be much appreciated. Dan

Told you it was good. I turned mine off yesterday to have a little play around. I can't believe the difference it makes. Found a really nice place to mount it as well just under the dash next to the OBD port. The led lights reflect off the pedals so you can see what mode you're in and it's easy to take it out of its cradle to change settings. Lots of people just lose the cable and the buttons in the small driver side glove box.

Yep applied the settings but no joy and now when i try to do it with the one click app I'm told that its not supported. Ive given up for tonight because it was getting very cold outside! There's also very little/no support available form OBDeleven.

Update. It turns out that the app had worked, after I shut the car down and and powered it back up no error, all good However curiosity got the better of me and after some faffing around I managed to get adaptations to load! I went to leuchet 25kzl HA59 and for some reason I changed it back to 18-2*5w low and behold I recreated the warning on the dash (kind of cool in a geeky way) the settings you suggested didn't work so I went back to the credit app side of things to make the change there and now it say the feature isn't supported and I can't clear the warning, not so good

So far not having much luck loading adaptations! Just sits loading for ages and do very much!

Yes i was using the one click option. Worked great on the mirror dip. Ive not really tried the "manual' way :|

Has anyone had any problems with apps not working on ODB Eleven? I fitted Led number plate lights today which thee up an error (nothing new there) so fired up Odb eleven and used the number plate app and change to LED, saved the setting but I'm still getting the error that a bulb has blown.
