VOSA had a call on the Octavia mk2 2.0ltr engine 6speed manual gearbox here are the recall detail. CONCERN: Flywheel may fail resulting fire. It has been identified that the two mass flywhell can become damaged because of a not optimally aligned through-flow restrictor in the clutch pressure pipe. This situation can lead to total failure of the flywheel and under unfavourable conditions a fire. Remedial Action: Recalled vehicles will have the make of the two mass flywheel indentified and if necessary, replaced together with the breather of the clutch pressure pipe. www.VOSA.gov.uk/vosa/apps/recalls/
