Where is the best place to buy it from mate?

I have decide I am sick of boring steel wheels and rather than splash the cash on alloys I am going to get my steel sprayed still undecided on colour. I have been quoted £20 per wheel to have them done any colour I want, but I was wondering how hard could it be to do them myself? So has anyone ever done there own? or know of people that have? Also what would I need to do them?
