  1. I had similar light used vag com and turned out to be blocked DPF washed clean by professional company and fitted new before and after sensors, which put a lot of pressure on turbo seals slight weep into exhaust side so ended up replacing that too
  2. Mine had 256mm discs up front and I think around 210/212mm rear, upgraded to 312mm front from a early Audi TT only issue is you have to source fabia vrs front knuckle or hub to have the correct bolt pattern to mount the calliper carrier, rear was updated using new front discs off my car 256mm vented and 1st gen Octavia vrs rear calipers
  3. Try eBay I sourced a set of Audi TT 312mm with carrier brackets for my tdi and painted them myself
  4. It’s a known issue I replaced mine about two years ago it can lead to excessive pressure in bore and internal damage, cost me €320 for injector and puller got injector from local specialist and puller from eBay, try darkside developments for advice or and vw specialist
  5. Is the wiring in place what’s needed part numbers etc
  6. I do a 59mile journey each way for work and my car is a 2011 and only problem I had with injectors was in 2017 no 1 injector gave up others are still fine well over 271k on it
  7. I’ve owned mine since new 2011 serviced every year or 15k which ever came first and it’s not standard Audi TT front brakes Octavia vrs rear brakes and a remap 130bhp ish only issue I had was no 1 injector went over a year ago the rest are fine it cost €320 and the car has over 271k on it, it did a few regens at odd times
  8. I’d guess seal around tailgate, as stated above vent are required so I wouldn’t seal them up, I’ve a hatchback but traced my leak to damaged seal and tail lamp gasket
  9. I was on 256 front and had to replace hub carriers to get 312 to fit, I have mk1audi tt 312 discs, callipers and carriers up front and mk1 octavia vrs 256 on rear, rear discs are actually my old front discs
  10. I use wynns DPF cleaner once a month one bottle with a full thank of fuel, I get it in my local halfords costs €12 here in Ireland my car is 2010 1.6tdi remapped to 126bhp with 268k kms
  11. I use wynns dpf cleaner regularly in mine mileage on mine is 261k kms thats 162k miles on original dpf and egr although it’s remapped
  12. Cause issues with my car, common rail went the route of a remap instead much more reliable and once checked on rolling road can be tweaked even more to suit car I’ve a 1.6tdi caya with 127bhp and no issues also 60mpg regularly
