AMD RR day: NOW AT MARLIN ENGINEERING, 29th APRIL

well then boys and girls seeing as we might be providing too many people to get it all done in one day how about a quick poll to sort out what the best plan of action is

also who wants a BBQ??

price for BBQ would be the same as the previous one's that were organised by myself and that was £2.50 per person for 2x1/4 pounders and as many sausages as you can eat with some random drinks probably making an appearance too

please don't forget to vote twice on the poll as its a joint poll for both the BBQ and the RR day

Should not be a problem to get this number through, Power Engineering did one recently with 29 cars and we still finished around 13.00 hrs.

If its a vote, then yes to the food

I'm not too keen on spreading it over 2 days and I'm not too keen on Fabia vs Octavia either. Perhaps limit the numbers and then it's first come first served.

I agree that they possibly could put more through but if that's all they want to do then so be it. I like the idea of them putting on some entertainment or demo's as £30 is a little at the top of Rolling Road money I think.

Problem with that is people will not travel any real distance on the off chance of getting on the rollers, and then the numbers on the day will be way down, and that will not please AMD too much.

Anyway, if its Saturday 29th and you can fit my Octy vRS's in, then put me down for certain, sorry but cannot do Sundays.

That wasn't exactly what I meant, people would have a pre booked slot from Ben's list. If you do it over the 2 days then I don't think you'd get as many spectators on each day as it might involve extra traveling/hotel costs.

i understnad what you mean now stu, ok then here is the list of people's, could people who definitly want to go on the RR change their name to red and people are happy to come along, spectate and engage in a meat tasting session please change their name to green and move it down to the spectator list at the bottom

the planned date so far is the 29th april, itsa saturday.

makefish we are trying to sort it out because AMD are saying that 20 is more than they want to run. it doesn't matter how many cars other companies can get through a day as AMD say that 15 is about thier limit so thats our maximum really.
