JKM Portsmouth RR Day II - 21 July 07

Following on from the success of the first one JKM have been kind enough (or stupid enough

) to invite us to a Rolling Road day on Saturday 21st July 2007. Cost will be £30 inc VAT per car which will include 3 power runs and printout of the best one. Free tea, coffee and buscuits wil be available all day. Numbers will be limited to 20 places but again, spectators will also be welcome.

Those of you that attended before stayed in a local hotel which will also be an option but we hope to incorporate an evening meet the night before and as it will be the height of summer a wander down to Gunwharf Quays for an early evening meal seems like a good plan.

Please use this thread to express your interest and any comments/questions.

Right then, for those that are up for an early start we will be meeting for breakfast at Sainsburys in Farlington at 8:00am, this will give us plenty of time for a chat, bacon butties or full english brekkie and be at JKM for 9:00am ready for the day . Sainsburys is very easy to find on the north side of the M27 on the Eastern Road, see here.

I would imagine I'll make an appearance at this just so long as long as I can get parked close enough!!

It'd be nice if we could get a deal on the hotel again, I'll keep an ear open.

Imagine if there were someone who had their name on the list who was in the trade so to speak, wouldn't that be handy, Barry.

It would be even more handy if they had a branch of the chain they worked for in the area though

But if they had a good mate who works in the same industry close by

if i can get my cars taste for oil sorted by then(have ignored the poor thing lately and driven teh mazda) i shall make a return if it hasn't been sorted then there is no point really as it will be no better and mavis can't be unhooked
