Midlands Karting has been provisionally booked for 19th Sept @1pm
Looking on their website the cost is €60. I need to get deposits from those going €30pp

Guys,

We need 16 people or more for this to happen. I'm away from this Sunday until 3rd Aug so if we don't have more names by then I'll have to shelve the idea. By the end of that week I'll need deposits to secure the date if we don't have either/or this will be cancelled......so everyones support is needed.

For those that said they are going do you want to do an arrive and drive? as we don't have the numbers for anything else. I'll need to get deposits to confirm booking.

Guys, I have cancelled this due to lack of interest. It's unfortunately as it's normally a great day out.

I just completely cancelled it, I didn't think there was any point in an Arrive & Drive with 6-7 people, especially with the length of the drive people had.

Can you organise another date as you had 10 names on the list without my 3 extras...

The problem is now that the weather will be very unpredictable so run the risk of a wet day. If I book it very soon they WILL ask for a deposit before booking due to us cancelling, I'm not footing the bill, its too risky
