Octavia No start problem

Hi,

I've already posted a similar post in the Mk2 Octavia section but I think I will get more coverage here.

I drove to work yesterday no problems but four hours later the car wouldn't start. There were no lights on the dash except the door open light, all the other electrics work fine but it won't turn over at all.

I towed it to an Indy today but would like some opinions on the fault codes please. Here is a read out from VCDS.

It looks like a power supply problem to the drivetrain ECUs to me. The engine, ABS, airbag and steering ECUs cannot be reached, so it could be a relay, fuse, earth, wiring or a central electrics controller fault.

Yep i thought it was drivetrain can bus problem but I didn't have a clue what controlled it. I checked all the fuses but thats as far as i got. Will find out today hopefully.

Was one of the two ignition relays under the dash.
