Can vouch for the service from here.

Darren is a top bloke and goes out of his way to help you.

Took my car in for a service a couple of months ago now and had a choice of courtesy car (unfortunately no auto's) which i booked and then insured myself. Couple of days before the service i got a text message to remind me to take it in. Then a day or 2 before the service i forgot to mention about my corroding centre caps and rear badge. A quick email to Darren and a very quick reply to confirm this wouldn't be a problem!

On service day i get to the dealership to be met by Darren who goes through the job card and then shows me to my courtesy car which was clean inside and out and actually had fuel in it! (1.6 TDI SE Fabia).

Phone call just after lunch to say that the car is ready and all the badges had been replaced.

All in all great service and even better since as i had also forgotten to mention the poor quality paint on my front bumper so another quick email to Darren to see if i can take it to my local VAG approved bodyshop for assessment which they were happy with as they don't have a bodyshop in the Trust group locally and a couple of weeks later the car is booked in for a front bumper respray.

Top marks, keep it up guys.

Just thought I drop a review of my experience with Trust Stourbridge

My superb developed a powerloss problem on Thursday, I phoned my usual dealer Autosales in Bilston who said they could not look at the car till Monday and they suggested I try Stourbridge as I need the car for work, well all I can say is that is the best thing Autosales have ever done for me as the service was quite simply outstanding from Trust, the car was dropped off on Friday and was washed and vacummed by Saturday morning. Staff bent over backwards to help me out. Im afraid Autosales does not compare and from now on Trust will be getting my business.

I have just used this dealer for the first time last Thursday and I was really impressed with their service. My Octavia 1.9TD had lost it s "umph" and I arranged to have the problem diagnosed at Stourbridge as it is conveniently near to home.

I was hoping the problem might be a relativly inexpensive job but it was found to be a sticking turbo. The next day they not only had the part but it was fitted and I was able to collect the car on Friday. I really cannot fault the service, I was offered a car which I declined as I really need to get walking more and if I needed a car i could always use the wifes.

The car was valeted inside and out on collection and I got the Briskoda discount as well.

I would like to thank Simon and the receptionists and the technician who did the work, sorry I have foregotten their names, again I cannot fault the service they offered

I used Stourbridge Skoda for the first time this week and I must say their service is outstanding. I was dealt with by Simon who sorted out a few things under warranty. I would recommend anyone to use this dealer. A big thanks to Simon and the team.

Another thumbs up again for Trust.

This time from Ben Brooks who helped us deal on a new Fabia VRS last weekend. Price matched an online competitor for us and actually seemed interested in dealing with us unlike Autosales.

Had a good test drive of the VRS and the Monte to help swmbo make her decision.

We use Trust Stourbridge for servicing on the wifes '10 reg Fabia 1.6CR FL and my '08 reg Octavia PD140 FL - very pleased with the service they provide both to the cars and to the customers.

One slight criticism - it can be difficult to get through to them on the phone since the calls on the published number are redirected to Trust Redditch who can be very inflexible when comes service bookings.

We recently needed an exhaust sensor done on the Furby. It would have been good if Redditch had offered to allow the car to be left with them for a fault code scan (as and when possible) so parts could be ordered (which took 2 days) prior to the workshop time to fix.

Once the direct number to Stourbridge was found, they were very helpful.

They were good when they first opened.

Now they aren't good.  No communication, they do not care and can't be bothered to sort out issues on a brand new car.  Only after emailing the director of Trust did we manage to get a response from the garage about the whereabouts of our new car.  Especially when a friend who ordered hers over 2 weeks after us had full communication and the car arrived over a week before ours.  They did however bend over backwards once the director was involved and supplied a hire car for us until the Fabia was ready.

Catalogue of errors from start to finish and they expect you to pay the balance of the car 2 days before picking it up by going in to the dealer!  Seriously, they expected us to do a 70mile round trip to pay for something we hadn't got. They said that this was FSA regulation.  It isn't as the FSA doesn't exist anymore. Needless to say this didn't happen and we paid on the day.

So i would say proceed with caution with this garage.

All helpful when you come to buy and will match DtD prices etc but then it is a lottery after that as to what kind of service you will recieve.

They need to move to a new site, that one is far too cramped. They are now my local Motability Skoda Dealership but after visiting them recently to look at the new Fabia Estate I won't be going back with my wife with her wheelchair is it's just not safe, lack of parking, cars always moving round in a confined space and not the easiest showroom to get into. What they need is a site like VW have got just down the road. In the meantime I'll be going to Startin in Powick.

As Savilles are no longer a Skoda main dealer I used Trust to provide my last "free" service on the vRS that VW finance paid for. They also did the mot too at the same time as well as changing the brake fluid. Julian the service chap was very helpful and I ended up getting a service package with them that seems good value and is cheaper than the Skoda national pricing policy. I agree with the PM above on the size of the site- they do need to move elsewhere IMO.
