Hi,

What type of pollen filter should be used on Octys - standard or Activated Carbon?

Either it's up to you.

One is pollen, the other is pollen and odour.

Okay thanks - just wanted to check my 2nd annual service was done correctly as they used a standard one.

We always used standard ones, is what menu pricing defaults to

I use the charcoal ones as they tend to keep the nasty wiffs out, but it's not 100%.
They are not much more expensive, so it's down to what you like.

Audi sold me the charcoal one for my A3 so I assumed the Octy would use the same before I
found there were 2 options.  I still get the smell in the A3 so I cant say it makes any difference
but then I do suffer from terrible condensation in the A3 - I had to scrape the inside this morning :o
