Superb misfiring

Hi there`.I recently purchased an 07 56 plate 1.9 superb, engine code bpz.The guy who sold it to me had just had a new turbo fitted and the car drove well enough but had plumes of bluey/white smoke coming from the exhaust, but as i say it drove fine ,turbo kicking in when expected but just that damn smoke.I took it to my usual mechanic and he said he thought it was injector related and said it could be fixed no probsSo he fitted a used set of injectors from a 55 plate passat which didnt work properly as they apparently were not compatible,he then fitted another set from an octavia which he said matched and once fitted seemed to be ok.The car seemed a little lumpy when ticking over, smoke problem completely gone but seemed to be ok at high revs.Upon taking it for a run car was seriously underperforming as if only firing on 3 cylinders untill the turbo kicks in,then it pulls at at about 95%. The car starts first time, even at -5 degrees.Any help please guys?

Hi bigskud,

i have the same BPZ 1.9 2007

And i too have a problem with huge smoke & it seams it is underperforming.

I don't know yet what is the situation with the injectors if any...

How did you solve this issue? Or what was the problem in the end?

Thanks in advance
