iPhone friendly Bluetooth module

Featured Replies

Hi I have a 2010 Octavia with Bluetooth that our iPhones won't connect too, our present module is 5N0035730B, SW8502, HW 015. I have been looking at http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/VW-SEAT-SKODA-BLUETOOTH-BOX-MODULE-INTERFACE-MFD3-RNS510-RCD510-5K0035730D-/251271264526?pt=UK_CarsParts_Vehicles_CarParts_SM&hash=item3a80ef390e on eBay and was wondering if this is the one that would work and if it is the best one to get. Is it a case of just plug and play?

I have that unit and my sons ipod connects fine. Its not the same series but I think the wiring loom is the same. Best to have that confirmed though by others on here.

There is also a 7P6 035 730 J on eBay too, it's hard to know what will just be plug and play for iPhone phoning and streaming.

Search eBay for 3C8 035 730 C. this unit is plug and play, and works fine with the Columbus head unit and iPhone.
