SOLD - VCDS KEY-USB interface

Featured Replies

This is a genuine Ross-Tech item, NOT an eBay special. Will work with all operating systems supported by VCDS including Windows 7 and Windows 8, will always unlock the FULL latest version (so no limitations on what you can do with it, log as many blocks as you like, clear all fault codes, access all features available). No software cracks involved, no risk of viruses from dodgy downloads, no bad USB drivers causing instability, just go to Ross-Tech and get the newest release straight from the horses mouth. Also works perfectly with aftermarket head units fitted, and has proper overcurrent protection to make sure stray current doesn't fry the interface.

This has recouped its cost about 5 times over for me with various fault codes on my last couple of cars and I could have been well into a little profit if I'd charged a few quid a time for diagnostics sessions for mates! Only selling because I've now picked up a Clio 172 runaround so it's not a lot of use to me.

£100 posted or if anyone knows of a Renault equivalent and wants to trade then PM me, we might be able to make a deal :)

Could I take it please if still available?

Well that was quicker than I thought! I'll PM you with some details in a minute :)

Probably because it was £50 under priced lol

It's none of those specifically, the KEY-USB is the slightly older version of the KII-USB (in fact the KII-USB info page still has at least one reference to KEY-USB so it might even be the same thing renamed) and does the same cars (pre-CANBUS only, so Mk1 Fabia, Mk4 Golf platforms, etc).

As for £50 underpriced, perhaps I should have had a bit more of a check around, I wasn't sure if I'd get much interest in it at all since it won't do anything from the last 6-7 years...
