Dissabling Columbus Bluetooth

Featured Replies

I have a 2011 Yeti with a factory fitted Columbus stereo, navigator, phone controller etc. I love it but my wife is ultra-sensitive to electo-magnetic fields and wont be in the car because the bluetooth system is always on.

Can anyone tell me how to temporarily dissable the bluetooth?

I wouldn't have thought it was possible to disable it in the way you want. Is she also troubled by the phone signal?

Yes the phone signal gives her a headache. She can close her eyes as we drive along and tell me when we pass a cell tower.

There should be an option in the bluetooth menu to do this. There us on the Amundsen vw equivalent.
