I bought the Superb 1.9 TDi classic (poverty spec) although it did have the 16" comfort alloys added.  It's a 2002 with 132k on it.  Since owning the car it has been Mot'd, which involved putting 4 new upper control arms on it, track rod end, front brake flexi lines, thermostat and oil change.  It had the same owner for 10 years previous and has had plenty done in the past. - new headlights, alternator.

This is it as bought at the dealers..

Mods wise I have removed the tow-bar hitch, fitted rear parking sensors, added 6k xenon headlights, LED side and rear number plate lights and also changed the front and rear badges to the new type.  I have also painted the front brake calipers black, just need to get the rears done now to match.

It needed new tyres so I picked up a set of 17" original Audi Calina A6 alloys, I think they suit it quite well.  Can't fault the big car, £140 a year to tax, returns 48 mpg over every tank and fits the kids..

After taking the pics this morning I took teh superb badge off the rear..

Other things to do:

New mats, new rear speakers, get the dents in the boot removed. Also I night get my brother to de-cat it, as it makes a good difference to the PD engines..
