Sidelight dashboard light?

I'm hoping someone can test this out and get back to me.

When you have sidelights switched on, do you get a symbol on the dashboard light up?

Not sure if a dash bulb has gone. Bulbs for the speedo etc work, so I know the lights are on, but I was convinced I used to have a little green symbol come on the dash...

I dont, only when using main dipped beam.

Something that is working as it should then. Pfew! I thought I was going to have to trace a new bulb, book a day to try and do the work etc.

Sidelights = dash lights up

Headlights = Green light symbol.
