Yes it is possible on Yeti also. But your Yeti needs to have tilt sensor. If you have offroad button, then you have sensor.

Assuming the abs module supports HHC, you just need to change the coding. If I remember correctly, it's in byte 16 with a obvious description.

 

Post a full autoscan of you'd like me to check what the abs module supports.

HHC has nothing to do with the off road button or adaptive HID lighting.

 

It just needs an ABS pump with a longitudinal acceleration sensor (G251) built in. There is a list that covers most MK60EC1 pumps here: https://www.briskoda.net/forums/topic/298368-hill-hold-control/?do=findComment&comment=3551764
