Automatic gearbox button

Recommended Posts

The button can't be bought separately - I believe the whole handle is over moulded over the button and plastic assembly.  So you will be buying a complete handle with the new button in it.  There is a bit of care needed when removing the handle and re-fitting.  You need to be in neutral, and the button needs to remain secured until the handle is installed.

How are you getting it out of the interlock at the moment without a button?

There are some "universal" levers available on Ebay, no idea if they work or not though, or what they look like.  About £20.

The £98 is the price for the whole lever as the button is not a separate part, you'd never get a new button installed anyway, since its fitted before the lever is assembled in the factory.

Thanks guys for replying looks like I'll be buying the handle then lol at the moment to get it out of park there is a little button inside just have to stick your thumb or finger right in there which can be painful lol

I will get my mechanic to fit it when I get one during the week

Thanks again
