You might get shouted at if you try to go 'round' the track. Its a straight line!

It's in my diary.. I'm a newbie to any of this.. So just some quick questions..

A)what do I need with me?

can I remove spare tyre once there?

C) do I need to do anything with the car?

D) how much is it?

Put your Spare Wheel & anything else into someone elses car. (you can trust!!)  before going up the strip.

 

£10 per person to get into Santa Pod.

£25 to sign on for the strip.

Video in post # 241  tells you about the car preparation & the strip.

 

Just turn up and meet, or meet and run the strip.

Looking to book my accommodation but the Premier Inn in Wellingborough is no longer coming up - surely it can't be fully booked? Not a great hassle as I'm fully flexible - plan to go to the racing at Newbury on the Friday so can stay somewhere near there and drive up.

I will definitely be attending. And its only 5 mins from my house

 

When the rocket is fired up during the other shows, (fast show, festival of power, central performance show) it is so loud.

 

Last time I went down was in the VXR so would be good to get a comparison in time. Couldn't get power down in that car.

Only way i will have a Fabia vRS at Santa Pod is trailering one i am afraid.

 

The seats are killing my back, and i fitted a seat i use in another car, and the car is still killing my back.

I did 220 miles last night and dreaded getting back in the car to do the return trip because i was in agony.

 

Hope my back is some what better with warmer weather.
