This is a family run business that exhibits the personal touch so lacking in many other organisations. If "customer service" is important to you, I suggest you give them a go.

Would totally concur with the above.

A couple weeks ago had a car drive into the rear of my Octavia Estate (L&K) - unhappy with the response from  my insurers, who couldn't get my car assessed for 6 days and wanting a Skoda approved repairer, got back in touch with Patrick Sword  at Savilles for advice.

Within half an hour of my call,  my car was assessed by  Gary Stokes from Reynolds of Rushock ( a Porsche and VW group approved body repair specialist), who was waiting at Savilles for me. The repair work undertaken by Reynolds was outstanding and I had the added bonus of knowing the work meets Skoda ( VAG group) standards.

Have to say we are extremely lucky to have both Savilles and Reynolds so local to us, both offer outstanding customer service, support and quality of workmanship.

As a side, also ordered a new alloy wheel from Savilles recently - had an email within 2 days to say it had arrived and was put by for me and the guys even carried it to the car for me when I went in to collect it.  Never experienced customer service, which comes even remotely close to these guys.

Another great buying experience from Savilles.  Picked up my 1.8 TSI DSG last weekend ie 27th Nov.  Experience a total pleasure this time, as it has been for the previous 3 cars over the last of years.  Courtesy, effeciency are of the highest standard here.

Had a VRS boot spoiler fitted to the car by Saville's and it looks perfect.  Car is fantastic and deal was too.

Service always good too, Mark always helpful, will probably go for the 2 services for £299 on SWMBOs TSI VRS here.

Highly recommended.

Picked up my new VRS Estate last week from Savilles Garage. I echo the sentiments above regarding courtesy and efficiency. They actually make you feel like a valued customer. Their service department is also highly recommended. Thanks Savilles! Posted Image

Travel a bit further up the Severn and have a chat with Faintree in Bridgnorth. They have a good reputation.

Patrick Sword is the main guy and you may have spoken to one of the junior guys and I am sure he will be gutted to hear they did not get back to you.  I popped in with SWMBO on th weekend and I booked my car in for service and ordered a couple of Skoda jackets with our vouchers we got from the service plan and the service from them was top notch as usual.  Nobody is perfect but these guys come the closest out of the several West Midlands dealers I have used.

I can't believe how the motor trade survives if my experience of recent weeks is anything to go by. You would think that a visit and a sit down at a salesman's desk is enough of a buying signal. Central Skoda - have quoted but now can't get the salesman to come back to me, Savilles - did not even quote after visit and spec discussed, Startin, Powick - were not interested in powder coating alloys, ditto Leamington.....I am a sales manager myself; I would be ashamed if I had passed up an opportunity to get a £22k order. What's with the couldn't care less attitude when you spend this sort of cash?

Thanks for the Bridgnorth tip although I am losing the will to go with Skoda!

Another pleasurable service on my 1.8 TSI DSG L&K from Savilles, always a pleasure coming here.  We also bring our TSI VRS and Fabia here.

Comprehesive check on the car also which pointed out the tyre wear on the inner edges of the rear tyres, got to watch that on the Octy 2s.

Got to try a TSI Fabia for the first time as a loan car and was mighty impressed as with all TSIs.

Will shortly be ordering my new Skoda from here and I expect and I will get the highest level of service that I have experienced compared to many of the other Skoda dealers I have used in the area.

Recently bought my very first car - a low-mileage, used Red Fabia 1.2 htp from Savilles.

Had great support and advice from Patrick Sword, who talked me through possible choices of engine and Insurance groups. Decided to opt for the 60Bhp, which has proved to be a great little engine and I'm really delighted with the car.

Savilles were very welcoming and had the car looking Fabulous when I arrived to collect it.

Last week managed to pick up a slow puncture and not too keen on the foam repair, so visited Savilles again where they sorted me out with a whole tyre, wheel, jack and brace kit for a good price - thanks to Mark and Richard

Couldn't be more pleased.  :)
