Manuals

In case anyone is interested, all Škoda vehicle owner manuals including the Superb III can also be downloaded using the free iOS app "ŠKODA Manual" (don't know about Android as I don't use that platform).

It's interactive which is handy for jumping to specific sections and in addition to the vehicle manuals it also includes manuals for (I quote) Control Lamps, Media Systems, Quick Tips and Simply Clever.

If nothing else, I have found it useful to clarify options listed in the brochure (and configurator) which often have either no description or a very terse description.

(And if anyone is considering the Media Command option, that app is also already in the iOS App Store)

So, collected my car on Tuesday, discover today (1st op I got to sit in it and set it all up) that the main Superb and Columbus booklets are from 2014 and the runout Mk II vehicle!

Just what I needed after a properly tonk day! So the SKODA service app has been downloaded and I am about to find out if it will download the correct manuals! Here's hoping...

Is there such a beastie as a Service Manual available? I'd like to see how to remove the plastic honeycomb in the lower front bumper.

The bugs on the air conditioning condenser need removal.

I understood that Skoda's Service manual/schedule was available on line but all the link does is provide an owner's manual that I already have as a hard copy with the vehicle.  The owner's manual is a poor reflection of past manual's and does not provide the general information that our previous Octavia manual has.  It would be good to have a service schedule to ensure that the vehicle can be properly maintained.
