superb hatchback & roof boxes

Hi,

 

New here so please go steady.

 

Does anyone know the max length of a roof box to fit on a twin door, I was looking at the Kamei husky xxl but it looks as though it may project over the front of the top edge of the glass by around 200mm when the rear hatch is open, which to my mind would not make it an efficient size.

 

Never had a roof box so dont know the best sizes for fuel economy etc.
