Hi guys, my silver fabia vRS is up for sale. I've owned this car since April 2009 and it has been a great car to own. It has a full service history, since I've owned it (60,000k) most of the work I've done myself using skoda parts.

Here is the list of work I have done since owning the car,

61,000 - fuel filter

62-63,000 - oil change and air filter

68,472 - oil change

70,000 - 2 new tyres

73,153 - oil change and air filter

73,250 - cupra bushes fitted

74,811 - wheel bearing

79,641 - wheel bearing, CV joint, replacement gearbox from Devonutopia

(Wrongly diagnosed by skoda) fitted by unit 18

85,342 - cambelt and water pump (fitted by unit 18)

89,746 - oil change and air filter

98,000 - 2 new tyre

103,553 - 2 new tyres

104,646 - pollen filter

117,194 - replacement turbo (new pd150 from darkside development and

faboka remap) plus oil change and air filter.

127,318 - oil change and air filter

132,600 - 2 new tyres

132,800 - hunter 4 wheel alignment

134,900 - turbo replacement (replaced with a 90k old pd130 turbo from

steveopc with new gaskets and oil change and air filter)

135,128 - alternator replaced with a 80k used one.

135,128 - new windscreen fitted

The good points

+ everything electric works.

+ drives well with no knocks from the suspension.

+ has been washed regularly (last year and a bit has had gyeon products used)

+ full service history

+ pretty much brand new avon zz5 tyres

+ new Sony radio (not fitted in the pictures but will be this weekend)

+ the rear door carriers have been permanently sealed up.

+ brand new M.O.T.

Bad points

- passenger side has some dents in from a hit and run. 2 second hand doors will sort 90% of the damage

- drivers side sill has a dent in it from a piece of road debris hitting it.

- drivers side rear light cracked

- engine management light is on from the egr being blanked of (a standard pd150 map can be loaded with the egr mapped out, however I won't load it until after the car is sold.

- usual car park dunks for 10yr old car.

The reason for selling is that I bought a new car about 3 months ago when I was putting the standard turbo back on and kind of left this sitting there as I was going to use it as a work car and save my new car as a weekend car but due to having a new job my milage has drastically reduced.

I'm looking for a quick sale as I do really need it gone (upgrades on the new car needed :) lol ). I've tried to be as honest as possible not to waste time for both parties. Plese call or text me if you have any questions. Due to my job I properly won't be able to answer my phone until 6 in the evening. If I dont answer send me a text and I'll ring you back when i can. Thanks for looking.

Also I am pleased to report that the tapping from the engine has gone. It was just a sticky tappet where it was sat for so long. Drive today to get it warm has cleared it right up

On a side note I've forgotten how nice it is to drive, no rattles, squeek or knocks etc. Engine pulls very well. Gearbox is nice and tight, dare I say it's more fun to drive at legal speeds than my SE fabia!

You may have noticed the price change. This refects how the car drives plus the fact the engine has no issues as i first feared. Also the clutch is the original yet the biting point is very low still. Bite point is about 20 mm from the bottom of the travel.
