So with a new car due early January I have to sell this or part exchange it.

Indications are I am going to get £30k for it.

So, if anyone wants it before the 1st/2nd week of January here it is...

£29,995.

List price new would have been a tad over £70,000.

Audi A8.

Registered October 2014, so a 64 plate.

3.0 V6 diesel with 8 speed automatic gearbox.  Flappy paddles.

Sport Exec spec (highest trim level from the three choices)

10,500 miles.

Standard Spec.

8 camera surround view.

Front and Rear parking sensors.

Electric boot.

BOSE sound system.

Audi music interface

pop up screen with Sat-Nav, bluetooth, car systems.

Air suspension.

20" wheels.

Privacy glass.

"Matrix" full LED headlights.

All round LED lights.

Optional Spec included.

Heated and cooled front seats with loads of electric adjustment.

Heated back seats

Natural perforated leather.

side and rear electric blinds.

Assistance pack (blind spot monitoring, adaptive cruise control, lane assist)

Tow bar (used twice)

Soft close doors.

Obviously it's in very good condition.

During the year I've had it the A8 has been fully detailed and protected twice.

Now it's 14 months old, same price as a decent new Superb.

Or a bit more than a well kitted out Octavia.

Very nice car. I think I would choose this over a new Superb!

What's amazing is that this has the same book average MPG (47mpg) and tax band as my car!

What kind of MPG does it get on a run?

I get 40-42mpg on average.

Not bad for a large 4x4 car that can do 62mph in 6 seconds.

Any idea of the dimensions, specifically length & width over the (folded?) mirrors?

We've plenty of space on the drive, but prefer to keep our cars in the garage!

Dimensions from the brochure.

Ah, if only I'd saw this before ordering my R.

The tow bar is like the car giving the bird to the car behind!
