Centre caps

Hi all

 

I've just bought a set of Audi alloys to use as winter wheels on our new Superb.

 

According to partscat, the part number of the Audi centre cap is 4B0601170A. 

According to some adverts like this one, the outer face of the cap is around 69mm across.

(The wheel has a 57.1mm centre bore if that helps)

 

Does anyone know of any Skoda centre caps - ideally with the new Skoda emblem - that might fit ?

 

If not, is it possible to get something made up, maybe some blank caps with stickers ?

There is in the eBay lot of 65mm centre caps and the new Skoda emblems too.

Have just contacted the seller to see if the caps fit a 57.1mm centre bore. The ad says it will, but in the photo the clips look much closer to the full width (68mm) of the cap, like a lot of other caps are.

I've experienced it the other way round, fitting Skoda wheels to various Audis.  My wife's TT ran on Skoda wheels one winter.

 

Some of the older style Audi centre caps fit, but not ideally.  I'm quite happy to be seen with Skoda centre caps and still prefer the green ones. 

I've yet to fit any of my Audi wheels to any of my Skodas, but the profile of the receiver for the centre cap is slightly different when I've looked, and there wasn't sufficient flex in the Skoda caps.

 

This isn't an attempt at a sale in case my favourite moderator thinks it is...
