Latest Infotainment version Bolero

Recommended Posts

Have a look in the other thread I posted in. You can update your firmware but you will need to pm aki78 for instructions. I noticed quite a bit of speed increase with 465 / 475. The update process isn't for the faint hearted.

Just done this update myself, very easy apart from the 5GB download. Have not noticed a difference yet but nice to be on the latest fw version.

Thanks to Aki for PM'ing Mr the link and the excellent instructions.

Many thanks to @aki78 for sending me the process for this.

I went from ancient version 421 to 475, feels a bit quicker but not been out for a proper drive yet! I did get hangs and all sorts of weird things on the old version, so hopefully they are fixed.

Hi,

Like others I would like to update the system. But I wonder whether new system makes smart-link work or not!

My car's production date is August, 2015. However, The smartlink doesn't work. It says that contact with your dealer. I mean, I need an activation code. In Turkey, dealers do not have an activation code.

Maybe this, new update, can help me:)

Is there anyone that can give me information about smatlink and updates?

The update I have is only for MIB1 units and yours is a MIB2...

SmartLink activation is a dealer job (for money).

Try contacting another dealer or the importer in your country.
