I bought this with the intention of fitting cruise control to the wifes’ Polo. Fast forward a short while and the Polo has now been sold. The part is in excellent  condition with no damage what so ever.  Part number 6Q0 953 503 BN

Will this fit a 6R Polo? I have tried Googling with no luck.

Also will it need a new steering control module?

Hi Blackray, I'm in Sheffield. Is it for any 9n (not just the newer 9n3)? Also is it an easy job? I'd be interested in it if the work was feasible for an amateur.

I believe it is for the 9n but i bought it for the wifes 9n3. Again i believe it needs aditional wiring but i dont know for sure. Maybe try asking Eddie_nl. He may be able to advise you better.
