ive had my skoda citigo for about two months now and the sound system that comes as standard isnt too bad but i wanted to upgrade it, like put a sub in the boot and that, ive already got a sub from my old fiesta and was wondering if i could put that and my old sony head unit in there aswell, for the mega bass button hahaha

Be curious how you change the head unit as the heater controls are integral.

Fascia is available which keeps the heater surround but has a standard din hole. The heater controls are actually separate, just the stereo has a trim over the top

And the stereo does actually remove from the trim, somehow, some people have got aftermarket radio's (I don't why you would? It already has everything bar DAB) with a custom mount, but IMO aftermarket radio's on the Citigo look tacky

Aftermarket units can offer a hell of a lot more than standard Skoda ones.

But yeah. It might look quite tacky. The citigo looks good because its all one piece doesnt it

However an investment in the PiD will offer all but the DAB functionality of aftermarket headunits... It also offers much more in the way of driver information (temp, water temp, mpg data, environmental data, fuel usage tables etc.)

If you could retro-fit the Maps&More PiD unit to my Octavia II I would feel like the cat that got the cream.
