Morning.

Looking at new front shockks for the runt, feeling like a boat and rather easy to bounce alot when pushing down on the wings.

So, a reg number search shows up both a gas filled twin tube for standard chassis and an oil pressure strut but doesnt spec chassis. Theres a 3rd option for sports chassis but ibviously i aint got that nor do i want it given the crap i drive it through..

so, difference??

Well i ordered the gas ones, as thats what appears to be on it at the minute, just gone quite spongy, and steering a bit washy.

Gone for Optimals - on offer with free delivery, have them in the back from last summer and are grand.

not pumping big money into the car now, as its getting old and nearing 200k. Thats nit a big issue for the old girl, but combining that with the crappy roads and laneways i drive to get into my project sites (temp roads through farm land..) poor girl is going to be suffering this yr..
