felicia facia panel removal

Recommended Posts

hi, i need to remove the facia panel (the dashboard) am i right that im thinking that its 2 seperate pieces, because i can see screws that hold the upper part to the lower part, in that case i need to remove the upper part only... and do i need to remove the steering wheel? or there is enought room for the upper part to get out?

I only removed the dash using the Haynes book to replace some of the dash bulbs so I did not remove the fuse box it was not a problem removing the wheel just remember to put back same as you took off. I would not like to give instructions as im not to good at that so that is why I said buy the Haynes book it's not perfect but it is a lot of help, only one thing disconect the battery before starting on anything.

  • 3 weeks later...

There's all the screws under dash board all those behind and then 4 10mm nuts on top scuttle panel and 2 more 10mm on fire wall then your need to drop steering column

If you have the speedometer cable, you need first to remove it from the transmission so that when you pull the dashboard the cable can slide along (if that frase is english).
