tyres to match what wheels?

 a looking for some winter wheels for my car but do not  have a clue what i need. how do u know what size tyres go on what wheels etc

 

i have a eastate 2012 vrs,been looking at these.

Width 6" 
Diameter 16" 
Number of bolts 5 
Hole circle 112 mm 
Offset 50 mm 
Center bore 57 mm

 

can someone let me know what i can put on thanks.

seen some mk5 golf wheels off a 4 motion 6 spoke alloys will these fit?
