Rear Washer replacement

Hi,

 

The rear washer on my Superb Combi (facelift) has been damaged and I need to replace the copper tube and jet.  I've tracked down the jet part number, but cannot find the tube.  It's longer than the tube in 8L0998711. Does anyone have any ideas?
