Removing mould from behind headlamps.

I think splitting the headlight is going to be your best bet I'm afraid.

Is it definitely the inside of the lens that's cloudy though? You could just require the lens to be restored externally; that's quite a common issue for aged headlights

I had this problem, and tried all sorts of cleaners, to no real effect.

Finally bought two new headlights c/o E-Bay around £70.00 all-in.

To split headlights in nigh-on impossible without causing extreme damage (I tried) because the lens and headlamp casing are glued together so well..

My first port of call would be a £30 cleaning kit from halfords that doesn't require use of a drill.

After that I'd be going for new headlights!

The kits are only for cleaning the outside of headlamps. No good for mold on the inside.
