In the 2005 Super Elegance. What is the last cloth thing with best buckles placed behind the panel in the rear arm rest?

It'd not removable o.O is it ?

It is, but once removed you cannot use it again, I removed it on my 1st superb as I needed to get something long into the car (mine was an early 2004 car so the rear seats did not fold down.)
