Replacing a Rear reflector

Hey everyone

Someone very kindly reversed or drove into my car in a supermarket.. (no note left!!!!!) amoung a respray of the rear bumper that begins behind the rear wheel the dooch also broke my rear reflector.

I bought a new one for £13.99 from ebay and have it at home.. Exact match...

So how do you fit the thing as I am now wondering if it's now a complete dismantel of the rear bumper to get at the clips as the bumper runs quite a bit way back and there is now way of getting your hand in...maybe on axel stands?

The only other way is to do the cave man trick of rip them off and hand drill the clips out but I suspect bits of plastic will rattle around for years to come and its not what I call doing a job properly..

Any advice would be great

Many thanks

Yeah pretty much the same... I didnt want to just pull them off.. Did the backs of the clips cause you any negative noise??.

It's annoying people think it's okay to drive into someone else's car and not take ownership of their mistake.. Things do happen.... Best not to run away from it...

Unfortunately not... I did check with the store but I used to work as a security manager for a large supermarket and I know how impossible it is to cover all areas on a limited budget...

So are we saying just rip them off??
