Should a Fabia 1 have a front splitter?

Hi,

When working on getting my Fabia back on the road I noticed that on the lower edge of the front bumper are slots for what look like the mountings for a small front splitter/chin spoiler type thing.

It's a pre-facelift 52 plate Fabia elegance so just the standard front bumper. Can anyone advise me as to what it looks like and/or even better tell me the part number?

I've had a look on eBay at bumpers for sale and also Etka but can't seem to narrow it down.
