Columbus and Samsung S7, browsing music on Bluetooth not possible

Hi everybody,

I just bought a SCOUT 2016 and am facing problems to access the music in my smartphone through a BT (Bluetooth) connection.

Hardware and Software:

- Car: Infotainement system Columbus (no upgrade since June 2016)

- Phone: Samsung Galaxy S7 running Android 6.0.1 / Music Applications: "Apple Music" ver. 1.2.0 (streaming) and 3rd party "PlayerPro" ver. 3.94 (local on SD card).

Issue:

The smartphone connects perfectly to the car system through BT and all services (phone, sms ...) are available without any issue except for music!

The music in the smartphone is playing on the Columbus BUT I cannot browse songs into the smartphone Apps repertories from the car display. I have to search and choose the songs in my smartphone. The Columbus screen only displays the name of the App used BUT with no other down option!

Has anyone of you guys experienced the same issue? Any remedies to that? Would the App Spotify or any other BT-car App solve the problem?

Thanks in advance for your feedback.

Best regards, Syga
