Power steering heavy: is that normal?

On most other cars I've owned, the steering is nice and light, but the felicia's isn't. No nasty noises or anything; just far from what I've experienced before. Is this the same for all Felicia's?

Are you certain yours actually has power steering? Not all Fellys came with PAS
