sh..t! i just got this done at the dealers a week ago....cost me a hundred pounds ..wish i saw this earlier! also found a good guide on youtube... ah well you live and learn.great guide,thanks.

Just sorted my sons 03 Classic today.

Rear doors water appeared to be coming from not just the seal but also a number of rivets and popper clips that come through from inside the door cavity.

Front doors the biggest culprit being around the bottom half of the speaker housings.

Great posts, fixed my 2006 combi after finding the floor wet last week.

Pic of the amount of dripping attached.

Green clips only 29 euro cents from my Skoda dealer (I live in Slovakia :-)
