  1. Few photos i have on my phone, mostly of its old look. will upload more when i fix my laptop screen!
  2. I ran a 12.9 with only 10% turbo duty in 1st and 2nd and 60% in 3rd. 100% in 4th. so plenty to go yet. Still span to about 100ft aswell. See how it goes this year.
  3. Good build! very similar to mine apart from im still dq200. You managed to have yours on dyno yet? Would be good to meet up once i've built mine back up. I'm in Preston. whats on the agenda next? weight saving?
  4. Good evening ladies and Gents, thought it was about time i started a thread about my car, i know there's a few fabia's with a similar spec to mine but i "think" i was the first to have the RTMG hybrid in the UK, although theres now quite a lot and some have the upgraded 380rs whereas i have the 360rs, will add photos soon when i get on home laptop. I only ever had one target in mind for the car, to be able to get my kids in it to do dad stuff, then go to Pod and suprise some people. Current spec is as follows. Wossners forged pistons ZRP forged rods Custom/Universal intercooler, Custom 3inch exhaust RTMG 360rs Hybrid turbo with upgraded actuator etc RTMG Diverter RTMG carbon intake RTMG Kevlar clutch RTMG turbo intake pipe RTMG ecu and tcu mapping RTMG battery tray (turns it 90 degrees) RTMG coil pack adapter R8 coil packs AEM water meth setup iBoost boost controller with meth controller as part of it. (brilliant bit of kit, boost by gear/rpm, full obd monitoring etc) 312mm Brakes Corbeau Bucket seats. Full Wrap. Being fitted in 2 weeks, - RTMG valve springs and BC racing BR series coilovers, after that i don't really know what else there is to do on the fabia lol. other than going big turbo but the cost doesn't interest me, thinking of buying a 7 seater then i can put the fabia on a diet.
  5. I've been speaking to local exhaust shop today about my vrs and how the exhuasts from the main guys are ridiculously expensive and he told me to try and gauge how much interest there would be if he was to start making them. He is a very well recommended bloke around here and does a massive range of bespoke exhausts. They would arrive to you just like any other one would, all ready to fit. Based on a rough estimate for my estate using a decat system would come in at around £450-500 he thinks although i will have a definite price next week once he has had a proper look at my car. I believe the only difference between the hatch and estate exhausts are that the estate has an extension piece at the back, so he could easily make ones for the hatch aswell. Sports cats can also be added although i will need to check the price. I'm hoping to finalise early this coming week. As i said i am just gaining interest before i go back to him, as he said it works out cheaper for the customer if its made off a jig, which is only worthwhile if the numbers are high enough. I apologise if this breaks any forum rules. Please let me know if it does.
  6. One thing i can say, is that tyres makes a massive difference to noise. When i had my hatchback, i swapped my vredestein sessanta tyres for toyo t1r ones and it was ridiculous how loud it was. So although you dont want to change just yet, maybe looking at the db rating for the tyres your buying. Also the bushes should make quite a difference if they are softer. I believe the noise in the fabia is down to the general money saving efforts of skoda. Its more of a vibration noise than road noise.
  7. Aww man. Never met Carl but spoke to him a couple of times on threads on here. I really do hate that condition. So so much. RIP Carl. Thoughts with anyone who knew him.
  8. That looks brilliant. Credit to the owner and helper! Makes me jealous. My race blue one is looking tired now. It wasnt looked after by previous owner. They kept the local scratch wash in business i think. But I'll just have to make do with it as i don't trust myself to use a polisher and they are out of my range anyway. The green looks stunning in the light
  9. What was ya quote from powerflow? I like the lights..
  10. Yep this is looking good, cruise is next when I find someone to fit without driving 100s of miles lol.
  11. This a quite popular question, I also would like it done. Don't fancy going to the dealer either.
