Good read so far and ignore part of my private message lol. One word though I'd get the tyres changed on the UP GTI alloys, if you're using them, to 205/40/17. The other size tyres are rare and hard to come by, although I may have some if you want, and break easily in potholes. The other ones are much more hardy and are recommended via the UP GTI owners group. (I've used them and wouldn't use anything else on them).

If you bought a proper wiring kit then it should work, however don't forget that the plug on the Audi seats maybe be different from the Fabia. So check the kit you've bought. The seats will fit but I can't remember whether the bases were swapped over or not, had a set in one of my Fabia's.

Not many updates since before, put some TD 1.2 alloys in black on it with some PS4 tyres which have sharpened the grip level considerably IMO. Still have a slight blow in the exhaust join as it didn't join properly so I'll most likely have to go to a custom exhaust company in order to resolve that issue. (A friend is going to try and fix my old exhaust but as that was a cat back and this is turbo back made sense to upgrade). Next work is to fit the coilovers I have hanging around in order to make it handle that bit better and I may try to fit a FMIC with BAM pipework soon. A new fuel pump may be ordered in order to plug that potential problem later on and then I can go for stage 2 map... which should be fun.

It's been a while so thought I'd do a mini update, firstly passed the 180k mark!! Still being used daily and when driven carefully I can get high 30s low 40s mpg on my commute so not too shabby. Did manage a low 50s when going a long drive up north but that vanished as soon as I came out of the 50mph zone and went down to a still respectable 48mpg. N/S/F wheel bearing replaced fooked and both front engine mounts as precautionary as I thought I might have had the O/S/F driveshaft going and wanted to ensure that it wasn't the mounts causing it. New N/S/R caliper to fit, new braided lines and new fluid to fit as one of the jobs to do. Also my exhaust decided to separate from the backbox so another second hand exhaust was sourced and now due to be fitted. I'll probably give that a good clean up before fitting as well. Next on my list of mods is fitting some coilovers and adjustable drop links as I've not been overly impressed with the B4 and HR springs, probably a damper thing as the HR are rated but decided to go a different route now. Finally finished dying the front seats and drivers door card so I've now a completely red interior that looks great IMO. I'll grab some photos up of it at the weekend to show it.

Another small job done today, N/S rear passenger door control module replaced! So I now have a car that locks and unlocks all four doors at once!!! Also new fuel filter put on and a S2000 air filter, so induction noise is a little better with a little more evident engine noise included. Air box still kept and see if I can live with the additional noise on a daily basis, if not it'll go back on. I still have to route an additional cold air from the bumper that'll be tricky, but worth it for the increased air flow. At worse I may butcher an air box just to shield the filter from the heat a little bit better than nothing at all.

He's based not far from Portsmouth, so was a little bit of a travel for me but well worth it IMO. If you look up his name on forums, in post above, you'll see he has practically written the book on these cars.

More updates. Passenger door luck finally gave up the ghost and had to be forced open, luckily had the part and this is now working perfectly thanks to my local tame mechanic. Now passed 175k so clocking up now I need to sort near side rear door lock mechanism as that doesn't open anymore off the fob. Once that's done I'll have a car that opens all the doors at once! Rear N/S brake calliper needs replacing I think too and as I do so I may paint the rears red, as they'd have both been replaced. Hopefully look a little better than the current silver the new callipers come in.

Another smaller update new thermostat, housing and CTS fitted as former was jammed open and needed replacing. Next on list sort passenger front door lock mechanism that seems to open when it feels like and wants to... and then just under a blue moon.

Not much to update on this thread, another year another MOT. FItted two new front tyres, PS3s but they should be better than the winter tyres that were on it before.

The two main turbo options for that power would be PD150 hybrid obviously and the GTB1756. The latter can go past your required power range, depends on how much money you want to spend.
