  1. AFAIK the three top lines are antenna/gps and not supposed to heat. Also the plastic on mine is not stuck firmly. Gratz to Your dealer tho
  2. In the spring of this year I had this issue several times. On wet and cold days the sub and canton settings disappeared. Turning car off and waiting a few minutes always repaired the thing, tho simple quick turn off and on didn't. The dealer couldn't find anything so just upgraded the software. That maybe have helped, as I haven't had the issue for a few months. As it's autumn now and the weather getting wet I occasionly check if it works properly. Also IMHO the sound quality does change when this fault happens - it gets more flat and less bassy.
  3. Does it change with thr daytime, like if in the morning is ok and then in the evening it's out of sync? If so, worry not - when you wake up in the morning you are a few cm (or inches) taller then in the evening. Your spine "compresses" during the day due to gravity and other forces. I have to adjust my mirror regularly due to this happening.
  4. I don't think a dent in this area can be pulled. I had my baby (1.8TSI DSG Eleganced) caught in a hailstorm, had over 100 dents. Most were pulled, but the ones close to bends and on chrome linings had to stay. Well I just have to live with them now :( Mine was done without dissambling the lining using a glue gun technique. The spec said it's not good to remove plastics/linings in a new car, as they tend to rattle sooner or later.
  5. I can only recommend 1.8TSI + DSG, I have it since february '14 and am truly happy with it. In tests it outputs ~200PSI (180 claimed) and ~300Nm torque (280 claimed as it's 4x4). It does 0-100km/h in 7,0 or less (claimed 7,4) due to having more power then claimed by Skoda. Here's the dyno from 1.8TSI DSG 4x4:
  6. Look in the multimedia unit under CAR button -> settings -> lights (or sth like that, my unit is not english language) there should be Travel Mode or such. I have Xenons + LED and it is there just in case I went to UK, so it should be the other way round in Your case.
  7. It works wonders both in winter (preheating) and summer (fresh air pumped to car by button press or by time set on Bolero). Easily one of the best options to have on a new car!
  8. Speccing Webasto also gives You the sharkfin antenna.
  9. Matt Pez how can a brush be any good if it scratches even from a microfibre cloth? Vacuum it once and have a look on a sunnu day, I guarantee You will find alot of scratches.
  10. Me & quite a few Polish board members have the same experience. I scratched mine using premium paper towels with glass cleaner spray, others used microfibre.
  11. The cable with white collar does not work :( I have the same issue with "G" (white collar) cable. Return if allowed. I'm stuck with mine - cannot return as it was ordered specifically for me, and no luck with reselling.
  12. Also the passenger seatbelt buckle rattles by hitting the armrest, just glue a piece of cloth or velcro to it. (Couldn't edit, sorry)
  13. Do You have your sunglasses in the overhead storage? If yes, than remove it and check for rattling. Should stop. We had it discussed on our Polish board already.
  14. I have it booked for checkout next tuesday and we'll see. And yes I believe it's optic.
