  1. Provisionally sold to a car dealer. Should be picking it up Monday.
  2. Are the others trade? I've found (I suspect) that most people buying higher value cars rely on trade sales offering px and finance. I can't shift my Fabia I think for similar reasons. Also trade sellers generally offer warranty and people like peace of mind. Just a thought.
  3. Oh just to say that until I dig further and have more phone calls with Hughes I can no longer guarantee the car would come with a free service from them. I was under the impression that my 3 year (30k) service plan provided 3 (10k) services...apparently not. Hmm. Further investigation required.
  4. Thanks. No one, and I mean literally no one, is interested. Is the price ok do you think? I've just dropped it to £7250. I thought my arm would have been snapped off at that price.
  5. http://www.autotrader.co.uk/classified/advert/201509287313432 Here's the auto trader ad. Price is now £7495... bargain!
  6. 325d actually. A bit cheaper to buy than the 330d. Still the same 3 litre straight 6 though.
  7. Thanks guys. It won't disappoint it's new owner...unless they don't like Fabia VRS's. I'm not joining the MPV club anytime soon if I can help it.
  8. *PRICE DROP TO £7250 !* Due to starting a family I am regrettably selling my trusty Fabia VRS. I'm posting it on here to give you guys the first chance before listing it on Autotrader. It's a 2012 (facelift with black headlights) in rallye green. It's standard and unmodified with three exceptions. 1) The headlight bulbs were upgraded to Osram Nightbreakers so you can actually see where you're going when it's dark (common complaint). 2) The front Skoda badge and two rear worded badges have been painted with black plastidip. I personally think it looks better, but plastidip is rubberised paint and can simply be peeled off if you don't like it. 3) Team Heko wind deflectors It has full service history from Hughes Skoda in Aylesbury, it also comes with one more pre-paid service at Hughes included (due in 5k miles) including a spark plug change. MOT'd with no advisories until March 2016. Only £145 per year to tax. Not bad for 180 BHP. The spark plugs have been changed by Hughes previously, I also had them carry out an oil consumption test and have the documents to prove that it is not a heavy oil user. All in all it's in excellent condition, having only covered 34k miles (mostly warranted). It goes like stink, but can also easily achieve 46MPG if you're gentle. The tyres were fresh early this year (premium Avons - sticky and quiet). This car has never let me down and I have no reason to believe it will provide nothing but happy motoring for it's new owner. I'm asking £7750 but will consider any reasonable offers as I don't want it hanging around too long. Please email me at [email protected], PM me or drop me a line (or message) to 07789693715 if you have any questions, are interested, or want to come and view the car. It's located in Buckinghamshire. I don't think I've missed anything out so all that is left are some shiny photos.
  9. Hi folks, please see the link below for the autotrader advert for the Audi RS4 I am selling on behalf of my Mother in Law. My father in law sadly passed away earlier this year, and although it was her daily driver it was his toy really. All the RS4 toys. 4.2 V8 £20,650 ONO See advert for full details. PM me, email me ([email protected]) or ring me (07789693715) for more details, any questions, or if you'd like a look around it.

  11. Both my brother in laws have babies and fabia vrs's. I didn't fancy having to pack all the gear in exactly the same way for it to fit each time like they do. I'm more of a bung it in and go king of chap. I had an e46 330d touring and they just drive superbly, the e91 felt promising on the test drive. Thanks bud.
  12. Hi guys, I know I've not been active on here for a long while but thought I should say my goodbyes anyway. Firstly to any newer members reading this, Briskoda is by far the best car forum I've ever used. Everyone is friendly and extremely helpful. Don't take that for granted. Anyway. As I am due to become a Dad next year I needed a larger car, and I pick it up on Monday. It's a BMW 325d M sport touring (e91). The Fabia there for has to go and it will be listed in the classifieds early next week. If you are interested in buying a well cared for faultless VRS make sure you keep posted for the advert. A big thanks to everyone who has helped me out in the past, even though the one issue I thought I had turned out not to be an issue at all. See you around.
